Canyon Ranch Guacamole

Serves: 12


2 cups (12 oz.) avocado
2 1/4 teaspoons lemon & lime juice
3 tablespoons onion, chopped
3/4 teaspoon salt, optional
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 garlic clove, pressed or minced
Dash Tabasco sauce
1/3 cup plain yogurt (or light sour cream)

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.  Transfer guacamole to a bowl.  Cover tightly and refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving.
