Cranberry Chutney

Recipe Source:  Bernie’s Mom (Georgette) – Great Life Nov 2002
Yields:  4 cups

INGREDIENTS
1 pound bag fresh or frozen whole unsweetened cranberries
1 6-oz. can frozen concentrated orange juice, thawed
3/4 cup 100% fruit orange marmalade
1 to 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
1 to 2 tablespoons Chinese 5-spice power or pumpkin pie spice mix

PREPARATION
Place all ingredients in bowl of food processor or blender jar.  Process to the consistency of pickle relish, scraping down sides as needed.  Taste and adjust seasonings and sweetness.
